During a panel discussion, Ms. Kristy Calvert, Managing Partner of Harneys China Branch, said that when it comes to investor protection, offshore vehicles such as BVI business companies are ideal choices. These vehicles are backed by a robust legal system and mature infrastructure, which provide investors the security they are looking for nowadays.

Mr. William Xin, General Manager of Spring Mountain Pu Jiang Investment Management, introduced case studies on how to successfully help clients better manage their global investment portfolio and achieve their financial goals via offshore solutions, such as those offered by the BVI.

At the conference Chinese financial and property management industry leaders, as well as fintech company senior executives, spoke with BVI representatives about their insights on the increasing demand from Chinese clients for offshore corporate structuring and private wealth management solutions.
