Last week, BVI Finance announced its “education campaign’ on the BVI’s Economic Substance Legislation.
Attorney Michael Furness, QC and Adviser Steve Johnson, who are part of the technical advising team will be visiting Asia, along with former BVIHA Director, Elise Donovan, to conduct an education seminar immediately following publication of the draft Economic Substance Code.
The forum will take place in Hong Kong, on 30 Apr at Theatre A, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Industry practitioners and professionals are encouraged to attend this very important closed-session event.
